SHIPMENTS ARE FULFILLED VIA USPS. Tracking information will be sent to your email once order is shipped.
ISSUES WITH DELIVERY / DAMAGE UPON DELIVERY:
If your shipment arrives damaged, please take photographs of the product and reach out to thevenicewitch.com immediately so we can make it right! Claim must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
CUSTOM ORDER SHIPPING POLICY:
For custom orders, please allow 4-6 weeks from date of purchase for product to ship. Due to the custom nature of your purchase, product is made to order. thank you for your patience.
